To the enthusiastic cheers of thousands of Scientologists and their guests, the Church of Scientology cut the ribbon on a new Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) Florida center in downtown Clearwater Saturday, July 11.

Thousands converged on downtown Clearwater, Florida, on Saturday, July 11, to celebrate the historic opening of the new The Way to Happiness Foundation center that will leverage the power of this nonreligious common sense guidebook for people of all faiths and nationalities to help reverse alarming trends that plague communities the world over.

Thousands of Scientologists and their guests lined Clearwater, Florida’s historic Fort Harrison Avenue for the exciting grand opening Saturday, July 11, of the new Criminon Florida Center. Criminon, meaning “without crime,” is based on Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard’s discovery that the path to true rehabilitation for offenders is helping each to “find out when he lost his personal pride. Rehabilitate that one point and you don’t have a criminal anymore.”

In testament to Mr. Hubbard’s triumphant and eternal technological splendor, the anniversary of his birth (March 13) was marked with a raucous observance attended by a capacity crowd and presided over by Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board, Religious Technology Center and the religion’s ecclesiastical leader.

More than 4,000 Scientologists gathered in downtown Clearwater, Florida, on Sunday, June 29, to mark the dedication of the landmark Coachman Building. The historic structure now stands transformed as the religious training and counseling center for more than 2,000 members comprising the ecclesiastical ministry of the Flag Land Base, the international spiritual headquarters of Scientology.

“If ever was a moment that captures the spirit of what just transpired through the last calendar year, this is it: An LRH Birthday Celebration wherein we present what he most wished for—that perennial gift of expansion. And never was it more appropriate than now, tonight, and in the wake of a year when that word ‘expansion’ is literally synonymous with ‘eternity.’”

So it was with the Scientology religion’s 21st-century cathedral, the new Flag Building in Clearwater, Florida—built through the contributions of individual Scientologists from 94 nations and opened November 17, 2013.
